Fight or agree?

Everyone has a different goal. Yours is this pattern. The others have these. Let's go.

Three tablets on a yellow table share a 7×7 grid. Every cell you light or turn off changes the others' score too. Three fights: the Zayandeh-rud between the city, the farmers and the steel works; the fuel subsidy between households, transport and the treasury; Lake Urmia between the city, the orchard keepers and the lake itself. The more people play, the brighter the sculpture behind the table.

At home, at work, on the building's board, at the football club or the nursery; everywhere, different opinions collide. Do we treat each other democratically? Do we make decisions together? And who sets the rules? There is still room to improve, no?

Everyone thinks differently. So reaching a shared solution is not easy. Why not give way sometimes, put yourself in others' place, and let the better argument convince you? Agreement is not always «compromise»; often it is well worth it.

In Persian «compromise» smells of losing. This experience prefers another word: agreement, settlement. A decision whose reasons everyone knows, even if it is not the best for everyone, is better supported.
